Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were really friendly and amicable, location was incredible in the city center of Bilbao. My well-maintained and great-sized room came with a private bathroom and an old wardrobe plus good beds. The whole experience was really good!

I had a great value for my money at Casual Mardones. The room was stylish, clean, and well put together. The location was perfect, right in the pedestrian area of the beautiful Old City, with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The staff treated me very well and made my stay enjoyable.
Food for breakfast could be better, maybe more variety.
